Over the past several months, you’ve likely heard the news that the Aspire Evolution Release, featuring a new user interface (UI)—and more—is coming. Today we’re excited to announce that the time is finally here!

As mentioned in our earlier posts, the Evolution Release will not only bring an updated look and feel to the platform but will also improve the system’s usability for a more seamless user experience. And here’s your latest glimpse into these enhancements:

While the platform’s core functionality—the features you love and rely on everyday—will remain the same, we understand that you may have questions about when you’ll have access to the new UI and how it will affect you:

When can we expect to receive the Evolution Release?

Deployment of the new UI will occur in waves during the first and second quarters of 2021. Your dedicated customer success manager (CSM) will notify you well in advance of your company’s change-over date.

How will we learn to use the new UI?

The Aspire team has a plan in place to ensure a smooth transition for all users. Once you’re notified of the date your company will switch to Aspire’s new UI, you‘ll also receive a separate invitation to weekly classroom sessions that power users and other staff can attend as frequently as they would like. During these sessions, we’ll demonstrate how easy the new UI is for everyone in your company to use. We will also host live Q&A sessions each week where you can join your peers to ask our staff any questions you may have about the new UI.

What if we need additional help while transitioning to the new UI?

Our AspireCare staff and our CSMs are fully trained on the new UI. Even better, you can get answers to any of your questions quickly and easily via the new in-app Resource Center.

If they haven’t already, your CSM will reach out to you in the coming weeks to advise you of your company’s transition date and next steps.

In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding the upcoming Evolution Release, please reach out directly to your dedicated CSM.
